Grilled Tuna and Shrimp2016-07-19
- Tuna steaks 2
- Jumbo shrimp (about 6-8)
- Lemons 2
- Smoked red peppers (as many as you like)
- Soy Sauce
- Butter 1 stick
- Olive Oil
- Herbs of Provance (or Italian blend)
- Bamboo Skewers
Prepare the Red Pepper sauce in a black iron pan as shown.
Skewer up the shell-on shrimp.
Place sauce pan, Shrimp, and Tuna Steaks in 350f covered grill to heat, using indirect heat. Grill until the Tuna reaches your desired "doneness".
Remove and then serve the Tuna with Red Pepper Sauce and your favorite side dish.
